About the class:
Drawing your dristhi with Tony Curran
In this class, we use life drawing to come back to the present moment. Students learn to build focused attention (drishti) through a simple but powerful drawing strategy that can be the basis of mediation, an art practice and a whole lot more. This class is suitable for beginners as well as expert artists.
