I would like to invite you to join me for a yoga retreat at the beautiful Sri Lanta resort on the island of Koh Lanta, near Krabi in Thailand.

It will be a wonderful opportunity to take time off in our busy lives and get away to a beautiful place in order to go deeper into our yoga practice, and to calm, heal, re-focus and energise our lives…

My friend Alexandra Salkova will also be joining us to teach meditation. She has an in-depth knowledge of guided meditations and healing techniques (see: www.innerselfconsultancy.com).

The details of the retreat are as follows:

Dates: Saturday 29th of March to Friday 4th of April 2014 (7 days, 6 nights).
Location: Sri Lanta Resort, Koh Lanta, Thailand (http://www.srilaanta.com).
Cost: AED 3,300 (based on double occupancy) or AED 4,200 (single occupancy).

The price includes accommodation in beautiful 2 bed verandah villas with private bathrooms, buffet style tropical breakfast, all yoga classes, all meditation sessions and seminars, and a snorkelling trip by boat to a spectacular deserted island…!

We are also offering a non-on yoga option for friends, partners and children, which may be of interest to some of you. The cost of the non-yoga option (based on double occupancy) is AED 1,400. Please note that baby-sitting can also be arranged with the wonderful staff of Sri Lanta.

Numbers are limited, so if you would like to join us, a deposit of AED 800 will have to be paid by 1st December, 2013. Please note that this deposit is non refundable, in order to secure the villa booking. The remaining amount will need to be payed one month before the start date of the retreat. For more information on payment details, please email me.

Sri Lanta is easily reached by fast speed boat from Phukhet – the journey takes approximately 90 minutes. Alternatively you can take a slow ferry from Phukhet, or arrange bus and boat transport from Krabi. Most international airlines fly to Phuket (including a direct Emirates flight from Dubai). You can also fly to Bangkok and take a short 1hr flight down to Krabi. For more details on how to get there, please email me.

During our week together we will practice Hatha Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation and Pranayama. We will also explore yogic philosophy and how to how to energise and harmonise our lives.

Example of daily schedule:

10am Breakfast
11am – 4pm Free time – pool, beach, massage, relaxation, shopping, tuk tuk trips, island exploration and boat trips…
