This is exactly what leading vibrational healer and sound shaman, Matt Omo (The Gong Guru), is inviting you to explore during this interactive immersion of sound, breath, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. (** Special Guest Odona Farska facilitating the powerful yoga practices **)

Through this 5.5 -hour session, based off of the newly released ‘Love Your Vibe’ book, we are going to explore the healing wisdom of sound beyond the vibrations we hear with our ears and dive deep into how we are better able to handle the stresses life. With a bit of practice you can use the power of sound to gain empowerment and true harmony in all aspects of your life.

If you are just looking to have a taste of the work and immerse yourself in the yoga and sound journey, you are welcome to join us for the Sound & Yoga Session at the end from 130-330pm. (Simply select the Sound Immersion Ticket Option)

No musical experience is needed for this practice.
