Evie Line and Odona Farska will take you through gentle Hatha transitioning into Yin Yoga where postures are held for longer so you can really relax into the asana and connect to your inner self.
Yin Yoga is deeply healing and meditative form of yoga that targets the connective tissues and energy meridians of the body. Yin yoga pose is typically held for 5 minutes, enough time to release stagnation within the fascia, refine subtleties of the breath and quiet the mind.
Yin yoga is a perfect balance to any active lifestyle, sport or yang yoga practice. The benefits are many ranging from energetic balance, deep fascial release, enhanced flexibility, mental calm and stress relief.
In Essential Yin class, the teacher applies essential oils to specific pressure points on the body while in a complementary yin postures. Each pose and oil is carefully selected to facilitate emotional, physical or energetic transformation.

Evie is a local Canberran yoga teacher, passionate about health and wellness. Her journey has led her to discovery of a more natural lifestyle, minimalism and overall more balanced, grounded and spiritual lifestyle.
Evie is passionate about aromatherapy and its transformative powers, she is a yoga enthusiast and Red Cross volunteer.
