Noora is originally from Finland and has been practicing yoga for four years now, three of which have been with Odona at Flow Yoga Canberra. During this time she has fallen in love with yoga philosophy and asana practice, which has become a daily part of her life.
Her favourite thing about yoga is that there’s always something new to learn and she finds arm balances and inversions especially fun to play around with.
Noora believes that practicing yoga, whether it be slowing down with a gentle flow or energising with a dynamic one, is a great way for anyone to balance a busy life.
Noora is also a “Finnish wok champion” and an amazing chef at award winning XO restaurant.
